Invalid promo code

Hello,

I received a promo code for a Rackspace account in my email today, but the form is telling me that it is invalid. Also, replying to the email with the promo code resulted in an undeliverable message being returned.

Any help?

    I requested my account on August 7, 2014, and I have still received no response. I am currently anticipating a similar result if this is what you are encountering.
